Laura M. Bailleul
My name is Laura Bailleul, and I have been a resident of Sanford Place for over 10 years. I have watched our community grow and become an amazing place to live here in Middle Georgia and it keeps on getting better as the years progress. I am a retired Air Force information manager who spent just shy over 22 years in the Air Force on active duty. My job in the Air Force gave me the tools to help keep programs organized and structured, which is something I have always enjoyed doing. As your current Secretary for the Woodlands Homeowners Association, my number one goal is to keep up with the transparency I sought out when I was voted in for the 2025 board of directors. This past year, I have worked alongside the rest of the board members, maintaining that goal and I want to continue this. I have also worked to create an app that is now available for all WHOA residents, that mirrors the website, to include other functions available. I feel it is important for residents to be able to obtain information quickly, at their fingertips, to make their lives easier. If voted in as a member of the 2026 board of directors, I will continue to ensure transparency is maintained and continues to be improved upon.
