Dave Ponsell

I retired from the Army after 23 years and also from Northrop Grumman after 14 years. I am currently an Associate Broker and Realtor® with NorthGroup Real Estate. I have previously served on the HOA Board of Directors for Southfield Plantation in Bonaire, GA in the roles of President, Vice President, and Architectural Committee Chairman. I have lived in The Woodlands since 2018 and plan to make this my permanent home. I am currently volunteering as the Secretary on the WHOA Board and I feel like I offer a wealth of experience to continue my service on the WHOA Board of Directors.
