STEP 1
The Election process starts with nominations to the board of directors. Each home is allowed to nominate up to 5 candidates to be placed on the ballot in the upcoming November election. To nominate yourself or another candidate please fill out the form you received in the mail or use the one listed on the web page. The completed nomination form must be received by the election committee before October 23, 2024. There are three ways to return the completed form.

To be placed on the election ballot you can not have a past due balance on your dues.

STEP 2
All nominees will be contacted by October 26, 2024 to confirm they are interested in being placed on the election ballot. The election committee will request a bio from each candidate that will be uploaded on the website.

STEP 3
Ballots will be mailed out on November 6, 2024 with return instructions and must be received by November 20 2024

A meet the candidates open form is tentatively scheduled for Sunday November 17, 2024 3:30 pm at the park on Woodlands BLVD

All ballots must be received by November 26, 2024

Annual Meeting is scheduled for December 2, 2024 7 pm. The new board will be introduced and the normal meeting agenda will take place after the public section of this meeting the new board will convene to assign board positions for the 2025 year.
